1. Dreams of the Past

Chapter one- Dreams of the Past

It was if she was hypnotized. She felt her body sway from side to side having no control. There was a woman in front of her, her skin pale, young with beauty and dark long hair. She was the one hypnotizing, with her fingers. All she could do was follow the fingers pointed at her eyes.

She felt she need to fight, it was what she had always done. But now she felt helpless. Her mind was drugged, unable to react to her surroundings.

Slash

Now all she felt was pain and a warm liquid running from her throat as she collapsed to the floor. Blackness engulfed her into death.

Hermione sat up in bed grabbing her throat gasping, as if what she dreamed was real. She had been getting dreams like this over the past month, ever since Harry had left, she realized.

She and Harry had been married now for three years. Harry was an Auror and was away on special training. At least that was what he told her. In the past Harry has keep his whereabouts a secret even from her, for safety precautions. Hermione had tried not to let it bother her. She received owls from him everyday, so she knew he was ok.

Hermione worked at the Ministry translating ancient text among other things in the research department.

Hermione got out of bed. She looked at the clock and it read 6:28Am. She tuned off the alarm that would go off in two minutes time. After getting dressed and making her some tea, Hermione headed to the balcony of the loft she and Harry lived in. The sun would be up soon and Hermione didn't want to miss it.

~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~

Hermione walked by a ruined building on her way to work. A couple months back a bomb had gone off killing many. Hermione remembered that day. Harry had come home shaken up because of it. To this day Hermione still didn't know why.

Hermione walked everywhere, she never apperated much. She stopped by the muggle magic shop. Hermione would go in from time to time to see the kinds of thing they had. Some of it was actually legitimate. Real magic books and supplies, some stuff you could not even get in Diagon alley.

Inside there was only two other customers, who obviously were together. One was a red head, who reminded Hermione of Ginny. She was collecting some items off of shelves. The other girl, with the brown hair, was playing with a voodoo doll at one of the tables.

“Ah, Mrs. Potter, haven't seen you here in a while. How have you been?” Mr. Brown, the shop owner called from over the counter.

“Fine, Mr. Brown,” she answered, “Just came to seen what's new.”

“What's new is that we have a real witch in our presence.” He said.

Hermione almost panicked, she would hate to have Mr. Brown's memory modified if he found out she was a witch. “Really?” was all she said.

“Yes, yes, Miss Rosenberg here is helping out with a little problem I've been having with some break-ins.”

“Now Mr. Brown you wouldn't want to scare your customer away. I'm sure she doesn't need to know about that.” The red head said, and with the lack of the British accent, Hermione figured she was American.

“Oh it's quiet alright; Mrs. Potter here has an open mind, a bright one at that.” Mr. Brown said.

“Please call me Hermione, `Mrs. Potter' makes me sound older then I really am.” Hermione insisted.

“Same goes for me,” said the red head, “Just call me Willow. And I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone, that I am a witch, it's kind of a secret.”

“Hey Will, did you do that locator spell for the London Slayer yet?” the brown haired girl called from the table.

“No, Kennedy, that one of the reasons we are here, remember?” the one called willow said. “Mr. Brown, do you have any thing for a locator spell? Perhaps a map of London?”

Mr. Brown nodded and left the room.

“Do you think it's wise to use magic so openly?” Hermione asked Willow quietly.

“Oh I don't usually; it was just a protection spell I cast on the shop.”

“You aren't afraid you'll get caught. We're really not supposed to do magic in frond of them.” Hermione said.

“We?” Kennedy said, “You mean you are a witch too.”

Hermione nodded, “We're lucky no one from the Ministry found out.”

“Ministry?”

“Of Magic, you know.”

“No we don't know.”

“You mean you don't know what the Ministry of Magic is. Where did you go to school? You must have gone to Salem.” Hermione implied.

Willow caught on to what Hermione was getting at. “You mean to say that there is a whole society of Witches?”

“You didn't know?”

“No, I would love to meet more witches, other then the ones I already know.” Willow said.

“Hey Will, I told Giles I would help out with the new recruits today so I'll see ya later. Love ya.” Kennedy said walking out the door.

Hermione looked at her watch and realized she was going to be late for work. She jotted down the address of the Leaky Cauldron on a piece of paper, “If you're free later, say around three, you can meet me there. I will show you the Wizarding world.” Willow agreed to meet her later and Hermione headed out the door.

2. Fiction... or Not

Chapter two- Fiction or Not

Harry had been reading for the past two hours. He needed to find out as much information as possible, he needed to be prepared. He often thought Hermione would be better at this job, with the researching and translating of books about demons and prophesies. He had become quiet bored with this Auror job. There wasn't enough action, now that Voldemort was gone everything Harry did as an Auror just seemed like a walk in the park.

Last year when he was approached by a man named Quinton, he had no idea of all the dangers in the world. Now Harry had become a Watcher. He was one of the few that were not hunted by the Bringers of the First. He remembered when the Watcher's council was blown up, killing everyone inside. He was lucky that he met with Hermione in Diagon Alley, or he would have been dead as well. Now he was working along side Rupert Giles, the prized Watcher of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Before Harry had been told that he may never be a Watcher to a Slayer, but will help out with the Potentials that they trained. Now every girl in the world that could be a Slayer is a Slayer.

Girls had been showing up from all over the world. So far they had been all muggles. Harry had yet to see a girl from the magical world become a Slayer. He knew Willow was a witch, but he didn't make it known that he was a Wizard.

“Hey Potter, You gonna help out today?” Kennedy walked into the Library. Harry had donated the mansion they were in to the cause, he had the money and they need a new HQ for the Watcher and Slayers. Somebody called it `Slayer central' out of the blue and the name just stuck. It was located outside London in the country side. It had plenty of room for some of the Slayers to train. Harry had been helping out with training the Slayers, but he also trained Watchers. Somehow he got stuck with Andrew, an annoying geek who didn't want to grow up. Giles said that it might do Andrew some good if someone took him under his wing.

“Yes, of course. I was just going to put this book away.” Harry replied, “You haven't seen Andrew anywhere have you? With any luck he has probably gotten himself lost.”

“He still going on about how he thinks you're the real Harry Potter, you know from the books.” Kennedy said sitting on a table, “No matter how much we tell that those books are just fiction, he somehow is convinced it's all real.” Kennedy eyes him in suspicion.

Harry chuckled to himself. A couple years back a witch named Rowling wanted to write about his story and make it seem like a muggle fiction story for the muggles to read. Harry had agreed and thought it was a good idea. Muggles would never think that it was real, he thought back then. But now there were the muggles that were obsessed with the books. Harry prayed that Andrew never find any solid evidence to prove his story.

“Willow and I met another Potter in London today.” Kennedy said.

“Really?” Harry asked, “`Potter' isn't really a common name in these parts.”

“That's why I think you might know her.” Kennedy said.

“Her?” Harry said playing dumb. He knew the only Potter to be roaming London would be Hermione.

“Come one Harry, before today I wouldn't think twice of Andrew's ramblings. But now today, `Hermione' Potter?” Harry knew he was busted.

“So? What do you want me to do? Go up to Andrew and tell him that I am in fact the real Harry Potter. What's to stop him from telling the whole world?” Harry said putting his books away.

“Aha! It is true I was right.” Andrew walked into the room, “You are the all mighty Harry Potter, the boy-who-lived the…”

“The one who can make you forget with my wand, if you don't shut your gob!” Harry told him.

“Ok,” Andrew squeaked.

“Let's get going shall we?” Harry said and Andrew and Kennedy followed him out of the Library to the room where the new slayers were trained.

“So what's happens in Book 6?” Andrew asked. Harry just gave him a look. “I mean you obviously know what's going to happen.”

“I graduate, marry the girl of my dreams, them become a Watcher.” Harry said. “And asking about any details of my life is not shutting your gob.”

“Sorry.”

“Hermione seems nice.” Kennedy added.

“She's perfect.” Harry replied.

“Hermione Granger, brightest witch of them all. Top of her class at Hogwarts, the brainy know-it-all. One third of the Hogwarts trio…”

“Andrew!!” Harry and Kennedy both shouted. “One more word and I will turn you into a toad.” Harry said. Andrew gulped. They entered the room where Giles and a group of fifty Slayers were waiting.

“Ah Kennedy, has Willow come up with any new leads on the Slayer in London?” Giles asked her.

“I just left her at a magic shop; she's getting some things for a pretty powerful locator spell. Willow can't seem to get a lock on her. She tried a regular locator spell but it just pointed to the magic shop we were at.”

“Maybe some kind of magic is blocking her. Someone doesn't want her found perhaps. Who was in the shop when the spell was cast?” Giles asked.

“It was just me, Willow and the shop owner,” she replied.

“Anyone just leave or come into the store after it was cast.”

“Just…” Kennedy stopped and looked at Harry. Harry saw her look.

“No!” he said.

“It has to be, she was the only one to come into the shop when the spell was cast.” Kennedy said.

“Look at all the girls here. I know for a fact that not one of them is magical in any way. She can't be.” Harry was in disbelief, how could anyone suggest that his Hermione could be a Slayer.

3. Ministry Run-in

Chapter 3- Ministry Run-in

Her cell phone rang.

“Hello?”

“Hey Willow, it's Harry.”

“Oh hey Harry, I was just finishing up at the magic shop. I tried the locator spell and all I got was a phone booth.”

“We have a pretty good idea who the new slayer is.” Hearing about the telephone booth confirmed Kennedy's theory about Hermione. “Can you meet me at that phone booth?”

“Sure.”

“Ok, see you in a minute.”

“Wait, don't you want to know…” Click, “where the phone booth is.” Willow was confused, how could Harry know what phone booth it was? Willow walked back to where the phone booth was and Harry was already there.

“How'd you get here so fast, I thought you were at Slayer Central?” Willow asked him. Harry didn't say anything but opened the door to the telephone box and motioned for her to get in. Willow raised her eyebrows.

“Do you want to find the new Slayer or not??” He asked her. Willow was still reluctant. “You know how Andrew keeps on ranting and raving about me and who he thinks I am?” Willow nodded, “Well it's true. So can you please get in the phone box, we might be able to catch up with Hermione.”

“Hermione is the slayer?” Willow was shocked she had sensed something in Hermione but Willow figured it was because she was a witch. Willow got into the booth followed by Harry, it was a tight squeeze. “So she is Hermione, as in Hermione Granger.” Harry nodded as he picked up the receiver off the crooked apparatus held it above his head for extra room and reached for the dial. He pressed the six, then the two, the four twice and then two. And just as Harry remembered from all those years ago, a cool female voice sounded inside the telephone box.

“Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. Please state your name and business.”

“Harry Potter, of the Auror squad, here to escort Willow Rosenberg, who is her to see Hermione Potter in the Research Department.” Harry said.

“Thank you,” said the voice, “Visitor, please take the badge and attach it to the front of your robes.”

Harry handed Willow the square silver badge and the telephone box slowly descended into the ground.

“Visitor to the Ministry, you are required to submit to a search and present your wand for registration at the security desk, which is located at the far end of the Atrium”

“After all these year,” Harry muttered, “they still haven't changed that message.” It was known for a couple of years now that it was possible for some people to do magic without a wand, and those people, such as Willow, never owned a wand in their life.

“I still can't believe that this is all real.” Willow said, “I mean for once Andrew was right about something.”

As the elevator/telephone booth neared the bottom Harry felt the need to start Willow's encounter with an over dramatic line, “You are about to enter a world where magic is a way of life.”

“The Ministry of Magic wishes you a pleasant day,” said the woman's voice.

As the doors opened Willow and Harry piled out of the cramped space, and into the large hallway. They viewed many fireplaces where people were constantly going in and out of. They passed the gold gates and entered one of the lifts and ascended to the second level.

“Does Hermione work here?” Willow asked as the passed by huge oak doors into a room with cluttered cubicles, buzzing with chatter.

“No, she works on the third level, Research Department. Right now, I work here, least until I hand in my resignation.” Harry reached from inside his jacket and took out his letter of resignation. He has it with him for months, just didn't know when to give it to his boss, Nymphadora Tonks. “You don't mind if we went to hand this in before we see Hermione do you?”

“No not at all”

He entered his cubicle, which was filled with stack loads of paper work. He packed what little personal belongings he had and headed for Tonks' cubicle.

“Wotcher Harry, haven't seen you in a while,” Tonks said in annoyance, “Have half a mind to complain to Hermione how much she's keeping you at home, with all these days off and all.”

“I haven't exactly been with Hermione Tonks,” Harry started to explain; “I've been doing something else on the side. Being an Auror just isn't in my heart anymore. I've come today to hand in my letter of resignation.”

“You can't be serious Harry. You're the best Auror on the squad.” Tonks was baffled.

“Every since Voldemort was defeated, there has hardly been anything that the law enforcement can't handle. I've found something of a higher calling.”

After ten minutes of Tonks trying to convince Harry not to do this, she finally gave up. Harry and Willow went back to the lifts and went to the third level. Harry was a little hesitant leaving the lifts, he still didn't know what he was going to say to Hermione. Not only was he lying about where he was during his absence, but now he was going to tell her that she was a Chosen one; He was putting her life in danger.

~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~

Hermione was sitting in her neat and tidy office, working on her latest project. It was a book written in an ancient language about three men who burdened the weight of the world on a mortal girl's shoulders. They made her faster, stronger, and the ability to fight all that is evil.

Hermione's mind wondered on that thought. She wondered what it would have been like, for one girl in the entire world to have a job that was almost impossible. She thought of Harry, and how he had to shoulder the burden of defeating Voldemort.

There was a knock on the door of her small office and she turned around in time to see Harry peek his head in the door.

“Harry!” Hermione exclaimed getting up from where she was sitting, almost running to embrace her husband. It felt so good to be in his arms, it had been so long. As she was hugging and kissing Harry she noticed the red head standing behind him. “Willow?” she stepped away from Harry, “Harry, what's going on?”

4. Meet the Scoobies

Chapter 4-Meet the Scoobies

“How could you lie to me??” Hermione was furious, “You go away for a month, A MONTH, saying you're on some bloody Auror's assignment and now you're telling me you've been practically up the road! The whole TIME!!!! Why couldn't you floo home or apparate, it's not that you were in any immediate DANGER!! And what exactly do you do as a Watcher? Watch?”

“Hermione, calm down luv,”

“Don't `calm down luv' me. I have every right to be angry.” She stopped, Hermione felt a little calmer now that she blew her stack off. “Why else are you here?” she asked.

“I think Willow should tell you.” Hermione gave his a puzzling look. Willow moved closer to where the arguing couple was, well, arguing.

“We are here because… well because you are a Chosen One.” Willow thought of no other way to explain it.

“Huh?”

“A Slayer,” Willow continued, “Into every generation, a Slayer is born. One girl in all the world. She alone will have the strength and skill…”

“To fight the vampires, yes I know, is this déjà vu or something, because I just read that in that book” Hermione said pointing to the book at her desk.

“Can I see it?” Harry asked not waiting for an answer. He walked over to the desk and picked up the book. “Aha, the infamous Slayer Hand guide.” Harry joked.

“And for years Buffy has been complaining how she never got hers.” Willow said.

“Who's Buffy?” Hermione asked.

“Currently holding the title of head Slayer. She was the Slayer, up until a month ago.” Harry explained.

“Oh, did she die?”

“She has, twice,” Willow said, “About a month ago we got into a bit of trouble and I worked up some mega magic, so now any girl in the whole entire world that could have been a Slayer when the current one dies, is now a Slayer. And now so are you.”

“Me? I'm nothing but a bookworm, I…”

“Hermione,” Harry called from her desk and as Hermione turned to look at Harry and saw something shiny fly at her and she quickly caught it a couple inches away from where it would of hit her chest if she didn't catch it, it was a silver pen knife from on her desk.

“What the bloody hell, now you are throwing knives at me,” Hermione quickly dropped it, “Great Merlin I just caught that didn't I?”

“You have the Slayer's instinct. Have you lifted anything in the last month that you usually wouldn't have been able to lift before, or have any weird dreams?” Willow asked knowing Hermione would say yes.

“So what does this mean?”

“We would like for you to come to Slayer Central and meet the rest of our not so little group. Just to see what we are all about. Then we'll see.” Willow said.

~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~

Harry apperated to Slayer Central while Hermione offered to ride back with Willow, for Willow still had her car in London. On their drive Willow talked about her history with Buffy and the rest of the Scoobies. As they pulled up to the mansion Hermione saw Harry, Kennedy and another girl, leading a group of about 25 girls in a jog around the mansion grounds.

“That's Buffy,” Willow pointed at the girl jogging between Harry and Kennedy, “And the girls are the newest Slayers that arrived in the last week.”

“How many Slayers are there?” Hermione asked.

“Too many to count, they're all over the world. A third of them were killed when the First decided on a genocide on the potentials.”

“The First?”

“Long story we'll tell you later. So far we have room in SC for about 75 people. Most of these girls are from around here.”

The jogging group stopped jogging as Willow and Hermione got out of the car.

“I'll se ya later Hermione,” Willow said as she headed towards Kennedy. Harry and Buffy walked up to Hermione as the rest of the girls went inside.

“So you're Hermione,” Buffy greeted her, “I've heard a lot about you in the last half hour, nothing bad of course.”

“Well I guess I can say that this day has been very weird.” Hermione said as they entered the mansion and almost ran into a floppy eared tall house-elf looking creature with red eyes, “and getting weirder.” Harry let out a silent laugh.

“This is Clem,” Harry explained, “he one of the good guys.”

“Well that's good. Any more surprises?” Hermione asked.

“Watch out for Andrew, he's a major fan of ours.”

“Do my ear deceive me, it the actual Hermione Granger actually in our presence.” Andrew as if on cue came waltzing down the stairs. “You have no idea what today has been like for me? This is one of the happiest days of my life; almost as good as when Episode II came out.”

“You'd better clear off Andrew before I find my wand; I told you that if you didn't keep your mouth shut you'd find yourself a toad.”

“How well do you know the books Andrew?” Hermione asked as she slipped her wand from the pocket of her jacket.

“I've read them about a gazillion times.” Andrew said proudly. Harry saw Hermione's wand in hand and smiled.

“Then what was the spell used one page 273 of Book 1?” Hermione asked.

“Chapter 16, Through the Trapdoor, the full body binding spell.”

“Exactly,” she pointed her wand at Andrew; “Patrificus Totalus” Andrew's body went rigid as he fell to the floor.

“Ah, my kind of girl,” said a voice from the top of the stairs, “It's about time someone did something about that Andrew.” He came downstairs. “Xander Harris, at your service. And who might you be?” he asked Hermione.

“I guess I'm yet another Slayer, Hermione.” She replied glancing at Harry and smiling, “Don't worry about Andrew the spell will ware off in a while.”

“So you're a Slayer and a Witch?”

“Seems so.”

“We should go see Giles.” Harry suggested and they headed up the stairs.

5. Looks like a Malfoy

Chapter 5

Looks like a Malfoy

It had been a whole month since it happened, and even then he was happier then hell to get out of L.A. He was cruising down the highway of his home country, England, on his motorcycle in the black of night. He wore no helmet, the wind flowing through his slicked back platinum blonde hair and the flapping of his black leather duster. He had heard of his final destination from source at Wolfram and Heart, Slayer Central. This same source told him of the upcoming evil, rising in Great Britain. He had to warn Buffy and of course help her kick evil's butt.

Spike was an unusual Vampire. He had a soul and was in love with the Vampire Slayer. He wasn't the first vampire to have any of those things. It was Angel that got his soul first and loved Buffy first. Spike got the upper hand though; he wasn't curse with his soul, like Angel was. He had willingly received it.

Light were still on in an up stairs window of the massive mansion as he pulled up. It was late at night and Spike wondered what anyone was doing up, probably late night research.

~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~

Hermione and Harry were enjoying Xander's flirting session with Hermione. Neither of them pointing out that they were married. Harry and Xander had become friends over the last month being part of the low population of men around the place. They often joked about Xander's tendency to be drawn to demonic women. Xander reminded Harry of his best friend Ron which was also why they got along great.

Right now Hermione said she wanted to go home, so she could sleep on all this new information. Xander graciously offered to walk her to the door.

“How are you getting home anyway?” Xander asked as they reached the door.

“Harry will drive me.” Hermione said. Harry had pushed the button on the wall to open the garage door.

“Oh,” was all Xander said. “You will be back tomorrow right?”

Harry came up from behind him and put his hand on Xander's shoulder. “She may not be a demon or anything like that, but she is married.” Xander was speechless, and then his expression turned into a smile.

“Ok, you got me. I am sorry with the flirting and all…”

“It was our fault; we were just having fun with you.” Hermione said, “We should have told you from the start.” Harry grabbed her hand and opened the front door. There stood the blonde guy who looked as if he was about to knock.

“Oh no, not you.” Xander said upon seeing Spike, “Aren't you supposed to be dead?”

“I'm surprised you survived as well.” Spike said. Hermione felt something unusual about this guy, she couldn't tell what it was.

“You aren't a Malfoy are you?” Harry asked.

“Sorry?”

“It's just that you look like someone we went to school with.” Harry looked to Xander silently asking him if this gut was a good guy.

“Well Spike, what are you doing here, trying to get into Buffy's pants again?” Xander said, Spike was still trapped outside.

“No, I've got important information for Buffy. She still awake?”

“Who is still awake?” Upon hearing a new voice, Buffy had come down to investigate. She was utterly shocked to see Spike, “How?”

“Magic trick with the trinket. Angel says hi. Got news from good old Wolfram and Heart. Apparently there's hell brewing in Great Britain.”

“Why don't you come in?” Buffy said. Xander defiantly did not want to hear those words.

“Hermione and I will be back tomorrow afternoon, alright?”

“Ok, see you later Harry.” Hermione and Harry walked to his car.

“He is a vampire, isn't he?” Hermione asked.

“You could sense it couldn't you?” Harry asked.

“I've read about them enough to know as well, but it's the same feeling I've gotten when Malfoy pops by. That crazy git is still obsessed with me.” Hermione said getting in the right side of the car.

“With some proper training, you'll be able to kick his put from here to kingdom come, if he tries anything.”

“I was thinking we should go see Ron and Luna tomorrow. I know you haven't seen them in ages.” Hermione asked as they drove away from Slayer Central.

“Sounds like a good idea, but I want to make sure we get back here by the afternoon. I want to know what this Spike knows.”

“You're really into the Watcher business aren't you?”

“I don't think I've done this much research willingly. You could say both of our roles have swapped, instead of me being the one to save the world, I'm the one with my nose in a book and you are the one saving the world.”

6. Charmed and Armed

Chapter 6

Charmed and Armed

“Hurry up Phoebe!” Paige yelled from downstairs. Phoebe was rushing through the pages of the Book of Shadows in the attic, trying to find a spell to vanquish a pesky demon. They tried to make up a spell, but it didn't work, so she looked to the book. The pages suddenly started flipping on its own.

“Never mind!” she heard Paige call as she was ascending the stairs entering the attic with Chris and a very pregnant Piper in tow.

“Piper, what are you doing here? You're supposed to be in Magic School.” Phoebe said.

“I was needed and I came, why is the book doing that?” Piper said.

“I don't know, I was looking for a spell and it just started doing this.” The book settled.

“Well what does it say?” Chris asked. Phoebe quickly read it to her self.

“According to this, there use to be a very powerful society. One that consisted of Wizards, Slayers and Charmed Witches, each having their own unique way of living and handling evil.” Phoebe explained, “Because of their differences each split off to do their own thing.

“All of our demons and Elders and Whitelighters, all we know about magic, is only one third of the whole picture.”

“Yeah, I remember hearing something like that in the future.” Chris said.

“You do?” Piper asked.

“Yeah and I'm sure the Elders know something about this too.”

“Phoebe was leaning against the book when she got a premonition; it was more of an audio one then a visual.

~^~^~^~^

“Now that both a Witch and a Wizard from the Wizarding world are now involved with the Slayers and Watchers, and with the apocalypse coming, we might want to think of joining forces with them.”

~^~^~^~^

“What did you see?” Piper asked.

“More like heard. Someone was saying something about the Wizarding World and the Slayers joining forces to fight in the apocalypse.”

“Leo!” Piper called to the ceiling. White orbs appeared in the room and formed the Elder Leo.

“Piper, what are you doing here??” he asked.

“Had to help vanquish a demon but look at this,” she wobbled over to the book, “someone is trying to tell us something.” Leo read what was in the book.

“I also had a premonition of sorts, the other two, the Wizards and the Slayers are going to join together.”

Leo looked very serious, “I need to talk to the other Elders, but I'll be back as soon as I can, this is very serious.” Leo orbed out.

~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~

It was an hour later and everyone was at the magic school. Chris was playing with Wyatt while the sisters were looking in books looking for any information about these other societies.

Leo orbed in with Gideon, the head master of the magic school and a fellow Elder.

“What did you find out?” Piper asked.

“There is major evil stirring, for all three societies. The Elders, even though decided long ago to separate from the other societies, have been keeping tabs on the others. All three of us have faced a powerful evil in the past few years.” Leo explained.

“I've heard nothing in the underworld.” Chris said.

“Maybe it's because it is being keep secret, even in the underworld.” Gideon suggested, “Maybe it is something so big that it is unknown even in the underworld.”

“How is that even possible?” Paige asked.

“The other Elders suggest you do some investigation about all this where this is all happening.” Leo said.

“And where is that?” Phoebe asked.

“London.”

“England?” Paige asked.

“Yes.”

“What about Piper?” Phoebe asked.

“What about me, I'm not sitting this out. If this is something big, we are going to need the power of three.” Piper defended herself.

“You're right Piper, but we are going to need a bigger power of three. The power of all three different societies, if it is going to be as big as the Elders suspect it's going to be.” Leo said.

7. Resurrections

Chapter 7

Resurrections

“The sisters are heading to London,” Gideon informed them.

“And you didn't stop them!” said the young vampire.

“And tell them what, `You have to stay away so we can help take over the world?'” Gideon said sarcastically.

“Well it certainly puts us in a sticky spot,” said the black haired vampire, the young one's sire.

“So, is this child really as powerful as you say Gideon?” they young vampire's father asked from the dark corner of their meeting place. “Will he make a powerful wizard for our purposes?”

“With time Lucius and he is a witch by our standards, quite different from your type of magic.” Gideon told him.

“Mess up Elder,” Drucilla said as she sat on Draco's lap, “And you'll make a tasty treat.”

“How goes the plans anyway?” Gideon asked, “Are all three resurrections on schedule?”

“Of course they are or we wouldn't have called you hear.” Draco replied.

“Hopefully our masters will be grateful that we brought them back that they won't punish us for failing in the first place,” Lucius said.

“Speak for your self Father, the Dark Lord is the only one likely to do that, my loyalties lie with the Master now that I am a Vampire.” Draco said.

“I'm worried my self, The Source can be unpredictable.” Gideon said.

Drucilla stood up and clapped her hands, “Well, let's get started.”

“Hey mate, long time no see.” Ron said as he opened the door to find Harry and Hermione.

“Yeah, sorry I've been kinda MIA lately,” Harry said as they were let in to Ron and Luna's flat in London, “I've just been a bit busy lately.”

“So what's been going on?” Ron asked as he retrieved the Daily Prophet from the kitchen table, “It's been all over the news.”

Harry took the paper from Ron, it read, “Top Auror Quits, Job Too Much or Too Boring?”

He didn't need to read the rest, “I've been involved with another job, something that is a little more important then the average everyday criminal.”

“So you did quit?”

“I resigned yesterday.” Harry told him.

“So what exactly is more important anyway?” Ron asked.

Hermione suggested that they show Ron, instead of just tell him. They went to the Leaky Cauldron where incidentally Ron was meeting Luna for lunch as was Willow with Harry and Hermione.

They decided to have lunch together. Willow was introduced to Ron and Luna.

“Well I'm glad not all Brits are stiffs like Giles,” Willow said.

“I didn't think he was that bad,” Hermione said.

“Well he's not as bad as those of the old Watcher's Council,” Harry said.

As they were talking a group of six, including a small child, entered the Leaky Cauldron.

“I'm telling you Paige, just because it says The Leaky Cauldron, doesn't actually mean anything,” Phoebe said.

“Phoebe's right, it's probably a coincidence,” Piper said.

“Actually Paige is right,” Chris said, “This is THE Leaky Cauldron.”

Harry couldn't help but listen to their conversation. He concluded that they weren't witches from the Wizarding World, if they didn't think The Leaky Cauldron would be an actual place. Most likely the youngest looking girl out of all of them must have read his books. Probably the same kind of witches like Willow, who lived like muggles.

“Oh my Goddess!” Willow exclaimed when she saw what Harry was looking at.

“What?” Hermione asked.

“It's the Charmed Ones.” Willow said.

“THE Charmed Ones?” Harry asked, Willow nodded. (Ok, so the Wizarding World has been keeping tabs on the other witches too, so sue them) “Boy whatever is going to happen must be really big if the Charmed Ones are in this too.” Harry got up from the table and made his way over to the Charmed Ones.

“So, what brings you to London?” Harry asked casually. The sisters were stunned by Harry's approach that they hesitated in answering.

“We're, ah,” one of them started.

“Vacationing,” The oldest out of the two men said; the one that was holding the little boy.

“Well then, perhaps you will need a guide, the Wizarding World is quite different from your own,” Harry said.

“How do you know we are not from the Wizarding World,” Piper asked.

“If you forgive me for ease dropping Ms. Halliwell, I noticed you didn't think this place was real, as in from my books,” Harry replied.

“Your books?” Paige asked.

“Well I didn't write them,” Harry said, “Harry Potter at your service.”

“You're real?” Phoebe asked.

“Quiet real, in fact I believe the questions you seek lie with me and my company.” Harry nodded towards where the others were sitting. “Perhaps we could talk in a more secure place, we were just about to leave to go to Slayer Central, where the Vampire Slayers reside, care to join us?”

As they all entered the mansion it was eerily quiet. The sun was shinning through the windows and some breathed sighs of relief when giggles could be heard from upstairs.

Girls!

Upon hearing them arrive Andrew came to great them.

“Great more people.” Andrew said, “Buffy told me to tell you that due to the fact that someone doesn't want to burst into flames, again, they are all in the basement.”

“Thank you Andrew,” Harry turned to Willow, “Could you show everyone the way, I have to have a word with Andrew.”

“Sure, no problem,” and she left with the others.

“I'm not in trouble am I?” Andrew asked.

“No, I just need you to do me a favor, as part of your training, if you want to be serious about this. I want you to go up to the library and find out everything you can about The Charmed Ones, can you do that?”

“Are you sure you want me doing that?”

“Positive. Now go get started.” Harry said as Andrew headed for the stairs, Harry then turned and went for the basement.

“Of course good ole Weasley got a visit from Daddy, apparently he and some of the old Watchers are reforming,” Spike could be heard as Harry descended the stairs and into the basement.

“Wyndam-Price?” Harry asked.

“Yes,” Giles said, “Roger is his father.”

“Well I won't say that I sorry that their council won't work.” Buffy said, “This is a new era of Slayers, one that dose not need to be controlled by the old ways.”

“Ok,” Hermione said, “The question is now, is what is so big and evil that three different societies are thrown together.”

“Three?” Xander asked.

“As you may have noted we have new faces among us.” Harry said, “We have the Charmed Ones in our presence.”

“Huh?” was all that came out of Buffy.

“There're my kind of Witches,” Willow said.

“Yes, very different from our kind,” Harry said.

“Where is Andrew? It's too quiet.” Xander asked.

“I sent him on a little project of sorts, not that I need the information. You saw how he acted yesterday to Hermione being here, now that the whole `Hogwarts Trio' is here.” Harry said pointing out Ron in the room.

It was well over an hour that they took for everyone to get on the same page. They were about to head upstairs, with a temporary charm placed on Spike to prevent the sun from harming him, when Harry slapped his hand to his forehead. He gritted his teeth to push though the pain.

“Harry!” Hermione tried to get his attention, “What's happened?”

Leo heard the usual chime from above his head, “I'll be back, I'm being called, and it sounds really urgent.” And with that he orbed away.

“Bloody hell, I can't believe it!” Harry managed to say.

“Please don't say it,” Hermione said as blood was starting to spill from beneath Harry's hand. There was only one reason in the entire world that would make Harry's scar hurt, only one and he was dead. “Don't you dare say it Harry!”

“It's not possible.” Ron was saying.

“Can some one please tell us what the bloody hell is going on?” Spike exclaimed.

Finally after a few minutes the pain slowly diminished. It was then that Leo orbed back down.

“Someone has resurrected the Source,” Leo said bluntly.

“Oh, is that who the ugly guy with the black eyes that burn with fire is,” Harry said sarcastically, “And here I thought we might have to do some research.”

“Harry this is no time to be sarcastic,” Hermione said.

“Sorry luv, just my new way of getting pissed off. Only way to control my magic from doing anything after what I just saw.”

“Well what did you see?”

“Voldemort, some other ugly gut who I assume is the Source, and the Master. They have been resurrected.”

“The Master, as in THE Master, the one who killed me?” Buffy asked.

“One in the same.” Harry replied.

“Well as least we now know why we have been brought together.” Spike said.

The Source had taken the form it had before he took the form of Cole, he was ugly and scared.

Well truth be told all three of them were ugly. They were listening to their servants as they were being caught up about what has been happening in the world.

“I will taste the blood of every Slayer there is,” The Master declared, “No matter how many there are!”

“It amazes me, you are an Elder, yet you are willing to serve me.” The Source said.

“I'd rather not be on the losing side in the end.” Gideon replied.

“What about you Lucius, are you still loyal to me?” Voldemort asked.

“Of course My Lord, I will always serve you.”

“Then we shall all work together.”
