Chapter One: (possibly only chapter)

Harry James Potter - it sounds pretty ordinary don't you think? Well, Harry James Potter is anything but ordinary. Harry is a wizard. Yes, you read right - a wizard. He attends the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with his two best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Harry was only one year old when his parents were murdered by Lord Voldemort. Voldemort had also tried to defeat Harry but Harry had somehow managed to survive. This feat remains a mystery still.

Harry's sixth year had started out pretty normal. No big snakes, no dementors, no dragons, no nothing. It was almost worrisome how quiet things were…

Outside it was warm and breezy, a sliver of the moon showing in the clear sky and the water on the lake calm and still. Harry sat in the window looking out at the Hogwarts grounds. He sighed as he remembered all the things that have happened in his life here at the school.

Ron's snoring brought Harry back to reality. Harry breathed in deeply as he got up. Unsure of the time he climbed into bed not even bothering to change out of his robes. His eyelids felt heavy as he lie there thinking…just thinking about nothing in particular as he drifted into his own little world - Harry's World.

A/N: Okay, I think that this might stay this short…just a cute little drabble. But I have high hopes because I have some awesome ideas for this. Maybe some positive feedback might motivate me ;) So, we'll see where it goes…
