Seventh Year Itch

Hey, everyone!
I know, I know, I haven’t updated “Seventh Year Itch” in, like, forever. Truthfully, real life has been keeping me extremely busy, so for the last six or seven months, I haven’t been writing at all.
The good news (and YES, there IS good news) is that I have recently begun writing again! Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten back to SYI just yet (don’t worry, I haven’t abandoned it), but I have been writing a few short stories and other things.
So why haven’t I posted them to Portkey yet?
Honestly, I don’t come around to Portkey all that much anymore. With being back in school to earn a second degree, working really strange hours at my job, and all the other stuff that has been going on in my life, I just don’t have time to be here as much.
This doesn’t mean I won’t be posting my stories anywhere at all.
For those of you who are still interested in reading my work, you are all invited to join me at my LiveJournal; as of this moment, that will be the ONLY place I will be posting anything I write. I’ll still leave my finished chapters up here at Portkey, but anything new can and will only be found at my LJ. Maybe someday, once I finish SYI, I’ll post here again, but for right now, it’s just easier for me to keep everything in one place.
Here’s the link to my LJ: http://www.livejournal.com/users/jenn1sunshine/ (you can also use the link in my author profile)
Oh, one more thing…you will NOT be able to read anything on my LJ unless you are on my friends list, so just post a comment on the one post you will be able to see and I’ll add you as soon as I can. Keep this in mind, though: I tolerate a lot LESS at my LJ than I do anywhere else, and I reserve the right to un-friend people at any time.
And on that happy (???) note, I hope to see you all at my LJ!
Sincerely,
Jennifer (aka Jenn1Sunshine)
