Chapter Eleven: Secrets Revealed

“The Burrow!” she yelled. They immediately started spinning, and even though they both had done this many times, they just could not get used to the nauseating sensation that now rested in their bellies.

They finally landed on the hearth in the den of the Burrow, although in a very compromising position. “Well then, you two finally made it.” Ron said from the entryway to the kitchen. Both looked at him, and realized the way they were laying, wasn't very appropriate.

Harry picked himself up, and reached out a hand to Hermione, and she willingly accepted. As soon as she was standing, Ron walked over and gave Harry an enormous hug as well as Hermione.

“Follow me.” He said, walking into the kitchen. They both looked at each other and began to follow slowly. Harry quietly reached down and clasped Hermione's hand before they entered. The minute they walked in Ginny, Draco, Fred, George, Katie, and Angelina all blurted out, “Finally!”

Harry looked a little stunned, but Hermione just laughed. Ginny ran up and hugged Hermione furiously. “Took you guys long enough to figure it out!” she giggled as she hugged Harry, who could only smile back. Had they been expecting this?

His question was to be answered very soon. Everybody took turns hugging, and congratulating the new couple. When everyone got settled Ron began to speak. “Harry, Hermione. There's something Luna and I need to tell you.”

Hermione looked to Harry, then back at Ron. “Like what?” she questioned. Ron fiddled with his shirt collar a little. Someone spoke, but it wasn't Ron. “This whole me staying at your place by `accident' was their idea to try and get us together.” Harry chimed in.

“Yup. The story about Fred and George's prank was fake, and the Squad was only there for show. You know Penelope heads the department they work in, so I just asked her a favor. Percy came over and did a spell to make an illusion so that your flat only looked like it had blown a pipe.”

“Wow, very crafty. How long did that take?” Hermione asked. “Well, Percy's gotten really good at using illusion charms so it didn't take that long.” Harry smiled at Hermione, than at Ron. “Well, you did a great job. Well done, mate.”

Ron looked overly proud. “Okay, now my turn!” Ginny piped up. Everyone looked at her, even Draco with odd expressions. “What's your news?” Hermione asked, curious. “Well…”
