Chapter 4

Harry read the letters that he had received from Sirius and Dumbledore, both of them agreed to find out what was going on with Hermione but had warned him that it might take a while, especially if the family had went on Holiday.

Harry was happy that more people was getting involved with finding Hermione, he knew that they all loved her like a sister or a daughter and that pleased him but he was confused about his feelings toward Hermione, he knew that he loved her but he wasn’t sure if he was in love with her.

‘Never mind about that, time to get packing to go to the Burrow!’ Harry thought to himself as he hurriedly threw his clothes and books and stuff into his trunk and smiled as he thought about what Hermione would say if she ever saw the state of his trunk.

“GET DOWN HERE BOY!” Vernon growled from downstairs and Harry rushed down the stairs with worry, thinking that someone had attacked the house, he stopped when he reached the living room door and busted out laughing, Vernon was red in the face and he was covered in dust while Petunia was cowering behind Vernon, her face was pure white with a couple of black soot covering her nose and Dudley was hiding behind the couch while covering his butt in case of another tail accident, he was practically shaking to death that Harry thought he was going to wet himself.

Ron, Mr. Weasley, Mad-eye Moody and Lupin was all standing in the living room, looking at the wall that they had blasted a hole through.

“Oh dear, oh dear, I really thought that they had learned their lesson and placed a fireplace there from what happened the last time.” Mr. Weasley dismayed and began to look around the living room at all the muggle stuff there was.

Mad-eye just shook head his head while muttering under his breath and Ron and Lupin beamed at the sight of Harry.

“Harry!” Both of the said as they walked over to him: Harry beamed at the two of them.

“Hey, it’s great to see you all again! What happened here?” Harry asked pointing to the hole.

“Arthur decided to floo here again only that he forgot that this place didn’t have a fireplace and blew another hole in the wall!” Moody growled.

“It was an easy mistake to make.” Mr. Weasley replied while looking at the TV. “My word, look at all the little people in the TV, are they really that small in this life?” Arthur asked with a bewildered look and Harry grinned and rolled his eyes.

“No, they are real life size like us, the TV just makes them a lot more smaller.” Harry explained, not bothering to go into the whole prospect of cameras and that, as he knew that Mr. Weasley would have a thousand of questions and he was just not fully equipped to deal with that.

“Come on Harry, lets go and get your trunk so we can get home, I’m starving!” Ron exclaimed which caused Harry to laugh.

“Figures!” Harry retorted and Ron gave him a mock glare.

“And what is that suppose to mean?” Ron asked.

“You are always starving, is there ever a time when you are not starving?” Harry teased and Ron went into a mock huff.

“For that! You own me chocolate and flowers!” Ron gasped in a girly voice as he stormed up the stairs. Harry was laughing too hard that he was holding onto the barrier to keep him up. Lupin was also laughing at the two boys in front of him, they reminded him too much of James and Sirius.

“I need to tell Sirius this when we get back, he would love that!” Lupin muttered to himself as he remembered a particular event nearly the same.

Ron came back down with Harry’s trunk; he was the only one who went up to get it because Harry was still laughing his head off. Ron rolled his eyes.

“Sure, just make me do all the work, don’t bother about your pretty little head.” Ron teased which caused the rest of the gang to crack up with laugher. Ron laughed as well as he dragged Harry’s trunk over to the fireplace.

“Right Harry, you go first!” Lupin said and Harry nodded as he stepped into the fireplace. He held onto his trunk and threw some floo power into the fire.

“The Burrow!” Harry gasped through laugher and disappeared out of sight.

Harry soon found himself in front of the rest of the family and for the first time for the summer, he felt he was back home.
