Chapter Two
A/N: You'll get more from Capella's family during this chapter and find out just why her parents haven't given her a DNA test. You'll also meet Ryu Zhang, Cho's husband.
Thanks for all the feedback. Please continue to review & enjoy.
"No way," Ryu Zhang told his wife, Cho, firmly, "There is no way we're going to Palm Springs."
Cho sighed, annoyed with her husband's stubbornness. "Ryu, we have to go. Heaven is so excited. That's all she's been talking about since she got home from the Potters' house."
Ryu bit his lip. "I do not want her fraternizing with any Potters. Cho, we can't risk Capella finding anything out."
"She's twenty years old. Don't you think she deserves to know the truth? I think we should give her a DNA test." Cho muttered.
When the two of them got married, they had chosen not to tell Capella that her father was either Roger Davies or Harry Potter. Instead, they told her that they didn't know who her father was… all they knew was that it wasn't Ryu. For twenty years, they had stuck with the same story and it had worked. Capella, however, was getting older now and definitely smarter. Cho was afraid that it wasn't long before she found out the truth. She would hate them for lying to her for such a long time.
"The truth will just hurt her now, Cho…" Ryu sighed. "We can't let any information leak about this. She can't come with us."
"Who's going to tell her, Ryu? You? Me? I don't think so. The only people that know about this are Hermione, Harry, you, and me."
"And all of the people Harry must have told," he muttered quietly under his breath.
Cho glared at him. "Why do you hate Harry so much? He's one of my oldest friends and very trustworthy."
"Why do you like Harry so much?" Ryu shot back. He sighed, and then kissed the top of Cho's head. "Cho, I'm sorry… I will never like Harry Potter. It's just, he hurt you so much… and I'll never forgive him."
"Well you should," Cho told him softly, "Because I have."
Cho gave Ryu a small smile and then kissed him. Just then, Heaven walked into the room. Ryu jumped back, and Cho fell forward without the support of him. Heaven laughed softly.
"Thanks so much for letting us go to Palm Springs. We haven't really had much time to do anything as a family since Capella started her new teaching job. I'm really looking forward to it."
Cho shot Ryu a look, and he sighed, looking defeated. "I can't wait for the trip either," he answered. Cho grinned and gave Ryu a kiss on the cheek. They were going to Palm Springs.

"Hey love," Luna murmured, kissing Ron on the cheek. He smiled, and then kissed her on the lips.
"That's Mr. Minister to you," he joked, beaming. Luna laughed. Ron put his arms around her neck.
"Soon you'll be able to put your arms around my waist rather than my neck," Luna muttered, looking down at her stomach. Ron kissed her cheek.
"I'll probably have my hands full with the new baby."
"Or babies," Luna reminded him. "Remember, we wanted it to be a surprise. We could end up with a set of twins. They do run in your family, Ron." Luna leaned in to kiss Ron.
"Dad!"
Luna and Ron turned around to see Orion sprinting down the hallway of their house. The two of them exchanged a bewildered glance before following Orion into the living room. Moments later, Serenity came running in.
"He stole my fake wand again," Serenity told, giving Orion a smug look. Orion crossed his arms. Luna noticed that something was bulging out of his pocket. In one quick motion, Luna leaned forward and swiped the contents of Orion's pocket. It happened to contain a fake wand.
"Orion, stop taking things from Serenity," Luna scolded, "If you want to borrow something, just ask."
"And you actually think she'll let me?" Orion scoffed. He glared at Serenity and then stormed out of the room. Smiling, Serenity followed him.
Luna sighed heavily and gave Ron a look. Ron shrugged, and the two of them sat down on the couch. Ron put his arm around Luna's shoulder.
"Things have been so chaotic recently," Ron muttered, pressing his lips against Luna's. "We haven't had much time to ourselves."
Luna smiled slightly and returned Ron's kiss. "Yeah, but that's what Palm Springs is for… isn't it?"
"There will definitely be a whole lot of…" Ron kissed her. "That." He kissed her again. "And this."
Ron grinned at Luna, and their bodies came together. Their lips met and stayed glued for several moments.
"Hey Mom, do you think-"
Ron pulled away from Luna to see Serenity wrinkling her nose. She gave them a grossed out look.
"Ew… go to the bedroom." Serenity rubbed her eyes. "I'll pretend I didn't see that. Anyhow, when are we leaving for Palm Springs?"
"On Monday… so you better start packing now, sweetheart," Luna told her daughter, "Because I know how you like to procrastinate."
"I do not procrastinate," Serenity scoffed. Luna gave her a skeptical look. "Okay, maybe sometimes."
"So, who's coming, Ron?" Luna asked curiously. She knew that the Potter's and the Zhang's were coming, but she didn't know if there was anyone else that Ron had invited.
Ron coughed loudly and looked away from Luna. Luna gave him a look and then repeated herself.
"Who's coming, Ron?"
Ron pretended not to hear Luna again. He turned to Serenity. "Serenity, do you mind leaving your mother and me alone?"
"Well if you're going to snog," Serenity snorted. She turned around and left the room. Ron turned back to Luna, looking very nervous.
"Look, Luna, I'm sorry I didn't tell you before…" Ron bit his lip. He gave Luna a hopeful glance. "I kind of invited my sister."
Luna's jaw dropped. "You bloody invited the Malfoy's? Ronald, how could you? You know that they abhor me."
"I know, it's just…" Ron sighed. "I'm so sorry, Luna. I haven't seen my sister in such a long time, and I was feeling a bit guilty about it. Ginny even called to congratulate me on my position! That's the first time we've talked in two years."
"It's not her I have a problem with," Luna snorted, "Even Draco isn't that bad. It's just, their oldest daughter that really gets to me…"
"Drasha Malfoy." Ron said the name with a sneer as he remembered how much the eighteen year old had tormented their family. She definitely took after her grandfather, Lucius Malfoy. She was rude and very inconsiderate.
"Don't they have a son, Luke, as well?" Luna wondered aloud.
"I've never met him," Ron answered truthfully, "I mean, I've seen him when he was little… but I haven't seen him in about fifteen years. He's a guitarist and every time I visit their family, he's gone off somewhere to play."
Luna shrugged. "Well it's not like it's a great loss."
Ron glared at Luna. "Luna, be nice. That's my nephew you're talking about there. Whether you like him or not, he's still part of our family."
Luna sighed, kissing Ron. "You're right, and I'm sorry for overreacting. Is anyone else coming?"
"Just the Finnigan family, I think," Ron answered, "Matt is going out with Heaven, isn't he?"
"I think they broke up," Luna told Ron, trying to think back to what Cho had told her earlier.
"This is going to be one awkward trip." Ron sighed, sitting down on the couch. Luna took a seat next to him, and kissed the top of his head.
"That doesn't mean it's not going to be a memorable one."

The Wizarding Beach was crowded with tons of teenage boys and girls all sunbathing on towels, surfing, or swimming. Sirius, Lilith, James, Orion, Serenity, and Heaven all arrived by apparation or side-apparation.
"In just two more days, we're going to be staying right on the beach," Serenity murmured dreamily. She pulled off her shirt and shorts to reveal the brown and pink bikini she had on underneath her clothes.
"I can't wait to go swimming," Heaven added, "I love the taste of the salt water." The other six turned and gave Heaven an odd look. Heaven shrugged, looking a little embarrassed.
"It tastes good," she protested, defending herself, "I don't know why you guys don't like it."
Lilith laughed, laying out her towel. She pulled off her tank top and shorts before lying down in the sun. "You can go dry up your skin in the salt water, while I work on the perfect tan."
Sirius gave his sister a weird look. "You have fun with that, Lils. I'm going to go in the water. Coming, Heaven?"
"I'm coming also!" Serenity exclaimed. She stood next to Sirius, and gave him a small smile. "Nothing beats swimming, right?"
"Uh, right." Sirius shot Lilith a bewildered glance, but Lilith only shrugged. Although she knew Serenity had no chance with Sirius, she didn't want to sell her best friend out.
"I guess I'll come," James chimed in. He followed the other three out towards the water.
Lilith looked at Orion. "You better not leave me as well. There's no way I'm sitting out her alone."
Orion sighed. "Fine, but you owe me."
Orion laid out his towel and then sat down on it. He was on the right side of Lilith.
"So, what did you do for the summer?" Lilith asked him.
"Play video games," Orion admitted, "And I developed a crush on this girl. It didn't really work out, though."
"Who?" Lilith asked, curiously, "Someone from Hogwarts?"
"Faith Davies," Orion responded. His face grew a little sad at the mention of her name.
"The Ravenclaw black haired girl?" Lilith exclaimed, as she tried to picture Faith in her head. Faith had always been very smart. Lilith's mom had always said that Faith reminded her of herself. Lilith and Faith had been very good friends back in primary school, but when they had been sorted into two different houses, their friendship sort of just fell apart. "I was such good friends with her before."
"She was great…" Orion sighed, his voice distant. "Anyhow, this other dude Damian, liked her also. We ended up getting in a fight over her. She was so pissed at us that she left us both. I know she liked me better, though. She just didn't want to hurt Damian's feelings."
Lilith smiled slightly. It seemed that even though Orion was going to start his final year at Hogwarts, he hadn't changed even the slightest bit. Maybe that was why Lilith loved him... as a friend.
"I can't believe I'm starting my final year at Hogwarts without a girl," Orion grumbled.
"You could always meet someone during the summer," Lilith suggested. Orion shrugged.
"We're going to Palm Springs for most of the summer. Everyone there will probably be muggles. I'm not getting a muggle girlfriend," Orion muttered, looking repulsed. "Two years ago I had a muggle girlfriend for a while. It's too awkward. It felt like there was a whole world between us."
Lilith laughed. "Well you always have me to keep you company. I don't think I'll be meeting anyone anytime soon."
"Yeah, if you fixed up your face and your personality, maybe you'd have a chance with some of the guys," Orion joked. Lilith smacked him, and he shut up.
The two of them just sat there miserably as they watched the waves crash onto the shore.
