My apologies for the very long wait. I’ve been struggling with this fic for a while, and then it got to the point where I realised I couldn’t continue it unless I went back and fixed up chapter eleven. As such, chapter eleven has been rewritten, and I do encourage you to go back and re-read it. Nothing major has been changed in terms of the plot, but what I have added will explain a lot about Narcissa, which will be important for the next chapter (which, by the way, I am determined to get written as soon as possible).

So, like I said, I do recommend you read the revised version, and I apologise for being so hasty and not taking the time to get it right the first time. You’ll be pleased to know the lovely Aerileigh has agreed to be my Beta for this story, so we won’t have any problems like this again in regards to future chapters.
