Chapter 9
~*~ Later that night, October 1st
When Ginny saw Blaise get up and leave, she followed him out.
“Blaise, hey Blaise wait a minute!”
Blaise stopped at the doorway to the dungeons. The look on his face told her that he honestly wasn’t in the mood to talk.
“What’s wrong,” Ginny asked.
Blaise could tell she wasn’t just being polite, that she was actually concerned. He had never had a look like that before. He liked it.
“It’s nothing,” he replied looking at the ground.
“Then what was that all about with Pansy,” Ginny asked trying not to sound like a nagging jealous girlfriend.
“She’s just being her usual bitchy self,” he said without looking up.
“Aww, did she hurt your feelings?”
Blaise could tell that she wasn’t making fun of him. He saw a spark of hope for his bet. He nodded his head.
“Well, how about I give you a massage and you tell me all about it?”
“Where,” Blaise asked trying not to show that he was hopeful.
“How about your room,” Ginny asked. She figured if she was going to be in that group, she might as well start acting like it. However, she still drew the line at sex, which just wasn’t going to happen yet.
Blaise thought his stomach had risen in his chest with excitement. Play cool, don’t scare her. He looked at her and raised his eyebrows, “Are you sure?”
She looked around and saw that no one was there. She looked back at him and said, “Yeah, let’s go.”
Blaise nodded and lead the way to the Slytherin Common Room.
~*~*~*~*~
Just as Ginny started down the hallway after Blaise, Pansy and the rest of the girls walked out and saw her.
“Uh oh. Looks like I’ll still have to spice things up another notch.”
Sara looked at her, “You already promised Blaise you would keep her mission the same.”
Pansy smiled, “It will be the same. Draco is a Slytherin isn’t he?”
~*~*~*~*~
Ginny followed Blaise down to the dungeons. Ginny was getting nervous and she began to shake a little bit. Blaise turned around and grabbed her hand and felt her trembling.
“Are you okay,” he asked looking back at her. Please say she’s not backing out.
“Um, yeah, I’m just . . . cold,” Ginny said trying to cover up her nervousness.
“Well, why didn’t you say so? Come on!”
Blaise started running with Ginny’s hand in his, so naturally Ginny had to run too. Blaise stopped after a few more turns and panted out “Purity” to a blank wall.
The wall formed a circle and he led her through it. A few Slytherins were scattered about the Common Room, but none of them looked up. He led her to some stairs that led to the Boy’s Dormitories.
Ginny followed him silently up and when she entered his dorms, she was shocked. He had his own room.
Ginny looked at him curiously.
Blaise knew what she was wondering so he just answered her silent question, “We all have our own rooms.”
“Well, that’s not fair,” Ginny said pouting and crossing her arms over her chest.
Blaise just laughed and said, “So do I really get a massage?”
Ginny uncrossed her arms and stood there. “Oh . . . yeah . . . just lay down on your tummy.”
Blaise raised his eyebrows, “Tummy?”
Ginny’s face turned as red as her fiery hair. “Sorry, it’s just what mum calls it.”
Blaise started laughing as he went to lie on his bed.
“Are you making fun of me? Because if you are, I don’t have to give you a massage,” Ginny said not moving from her spot.
Blaise shook his head, lit the fireplace, and said, “You’re too cute to make fun of.”
Ginny was glad he had his head in the pillow so he couldn’t see just how red her face could get.
~*~*~*~*~
As Harry, Ron, and Hermione came out of the Great Hall Ron said, “Did Ginny go to our Common Room?”
Pansy and her gang were still standing there and heard his question.
Pansy turned to Ron, “Oh Ron, she went to our Common Room.”
Ron swirled around and saw that it was Pansy that had said that.
“What,” he asked, his face growing red.
“Yeah, she went to the Slytherin Common Room with Blaise, but I don’t think they’ll stay there. If you know what I mean,” Pansy said smirking.
“I don’t think so,” Ron yelled and ran toward the hall that led to the Slytherin’s Common Room.
“Excuse me, Weasley. Where do you think you are going,” Snape asked as he walked out of the hallway.
Ron stopped. “I was just . . .” Ron began but Snape had interrupted him.
“No one but a Slytherin is allowed down this hallway, you know that. Now go to your own Common Room or I’ll take points from Gryffindor.”
Ron turned around and began to walk away. When Snape had disappeared down another hallway he stopped and said, “Fine. I’ll just wait for her to come out.”
He looked at Harry and Hermione. “Fine,” they said exasperatedly.
Harry and Hermione sat on a bench that was in the hallway and watched as Ron began to pace in front of the open doorway.
Pansy and her gang of girls started off to the library and Pansy called back to Ron, “Don’t worry Ron, once he’s through with her he will send her on her way. You might want to hope she’s bad in bed,” and with that she started laughing hysterically and disappeared around the corner.
Ron looked at Harry and Hermione.
Hermione spoke up and said quickly, “Ron don’t listen to her. She’s just trying to get you angry!”
“Well, its working and she better be lying!”
~*~*~*~*~
Ginny climbed on the edge of the bed and looked at Blaise.
“Um . . . you need to have your shirt off.”
Blaise smiled into the pillow, sat up on his knees and said, “Anything else that has to come off?”
Ginny smiled, “No, that’s all.”
Blaise nodded and lay back down.
Ginny gathered her courage and straddled his lower back. She began to rub his shoulders and his neck.
I can’t believe I’m doing this!
Blaise was surprised at her action, but definitely wasn’t going to protest.
“This could be the beginning of a long night,” he thought to himself.
