(A/N: I knew where this story was going two months ago and I was about to write it down… But I forgot. =D My bad. Anyway, this is a spontaneous thing and I don't have a beta so yeah. Thanks… Enjoy!)
She woke up in a groggy haze, feeling as if she had drank something given to her by Fred and George. She blinked a few times before adjusting to the bright light. Other than a torch, she couldn't make out her surroundings. It was pitch black. She could vaguely hear a low dripping sound like water falling to the stone floor. She writhed to free herself from the invisible binds.
"So… Sleeping beauty awakens," a monotone voice drawled.
Ginny's head turned frantically, still not able to see. She had heard that voice somewhere before… All of a sudden, all was bright. Lucius Malfoy stood there in all his arrogance. His gray eyes glittered with malevolent intent. She swallowed. This was not good.

The next afternoon, Draco began to worry. Ginny hadn't been at breakfast, which was her favorite meal. He had checked with her other professors. She hadn't been in class. He glanced shortly at the framed photo and snatched it up, hoping to Merlin that it would work. His nimble fingers plucked at the clasps before the photo fluttered to the floor. He picked it up. Ginny and Adrian stared back at him with a large smile caressing their faces. He quickly cast a locating charm to pinpoint Ginny's whereabouts. He followed the arrow out of the castle, which he had expected. What he hadn't expected was this…
**********
"Welcome to the Malfoy Manor," Lucius smirked.
Simultaneously, two cloaked figures glided into the room. Ginny immediately sensed him and began to scream.
"Dear Ginevra… What frightens you so?" his silky voice crooned.
He slipped back his hood, revealing his decaying flesh and protruding bones. His red eyes bored into hers like a jilted lover, broken and betrayed.
"Don't you love me anymore?" he taunted. "You used to confide in me. Oh, Ginevra… I love you so much…"
She yelled as loud as her lungs would allow. Lord Voldemort murmured a soft spell before she went silent.
"Ginevra," he sang. "I'm in need of a wife. She is to be my Queen. She needs a strong will. She is you."
Ginny's eyes widened into two dinner plates. It would have been more comical if the situation weren't so solemn. Without the use of her voice, she just glared at him in challenge. His abnormally small eyes became nothing but slits as he sniffed the air in distaste before looking back at her accusingly.
"You've been touched," he snarled.
She stared into those hauntingly blood colored eyes mockingly. His shriek reverberated through the walls. He turned to the other cloaked figure and grabbed them by the neck, shaking them roughly. Ginny would've gasped if she could as the hood fell back. It was Maria. (A/N: You guessed it!)
"Why didn't you tell me she wasn't an innocent anymore!?" he screeched.
Ginny's huffed in indignation. She was still… kind of… an innocent. Not really… Whatever.
"She had to be pure, you stupid bint!"
Ginny was two inches away from sticking out her tongue childishly.
"I apologize, My Lord. I hadn't a clue," Maria replied.
Without a second thought, Lord Voldemort cast the killing curse at the girl and in an instant, she lied on the floor in a heap of death.
"My Liege… What are we to do with the girl?" Lucius whispered.
"I need to keep her alive until she gives birth. She is the Chosen One."
Voldemort didn't bother to mention that his son was also the Chosen One. Suddenly, the door burst open. There stood Draco, disheveled and angry.
"My son," Lucius clapped. "How nice of you to join us."
"Let her go," he grit out.
Lucius stared at his son with unbiased observance.
"Why, might I ask, would I do that?"
Someone stepped out from behind him.
"Because in the muggle world, this is called kidnapping," Harry Potter answered with blasé.
Lord Voldemort cast the Cruciatus Curse, which didn't faze the Boy Who Lived. It was obvious that it had taken a substantial amount of his strength.
"You don't have the guts to kill me, cold blood," Voldemort sneered.
"Want a bet?" Harry smirked.
Voldemort went for his bluff and disapparated, leaving a composed Lucius in his wake. Draco ran to a silent Ginny, releasing her from her multiple prisons. She fell onto him holding onto his cloak as he lifted the spell.
"You came through on your promise," she croaked.
He gave her a hesitant smile before she fainted into his arms. He heaved her body, cradling it close to his body as Harry took care of Lucius. He failed to see the cold smile directed at his back…
"Lucius Malfoy. I have a warrant for your arrest. You're going to Azkaban," Harry smiled maliciously. "You don't mess with one's adopted younger sister and not get a lifetime behind bars."
Lucius shrugged nonchalantly. He figured it was his time to go, anyway. He could always escape… Harry personally saw to it that he was to be locked away before his trial.
Meanwhile, questions manifested themselves into Draco's brain. Why Ginny? He had brought her back to his chambers and gave her the bed as he conjured up a couch and got ready for an uncomfortable night. Time had really passed and he missed all his afternoon classes. At least Ginny was safe…
**********
The next morning, Ginny woke up to the light flooding her eyesight. The first thing she saw was Draco curled up into a ball on the floor next to the couch. She sighed wistfully. He could've shared the bed, but he chose to give it to her. He really came through on his promise to never hurt her intentionally. She remade his bed and headed to his bathroom to take a long, relaxing bath. After all, it was Saturday. Or so she hoped.
The warm water spilled from the faucet as well as a waterfall of green apple scented bubbles. Her favorite. She slipped into the tub, reminiscing about the night before. A small shudder wracked her body. She could sense something different in her body, but couldn't quite place it. Brushing it aside as paranoia, she relaxed in the luxurious bath, not hearing Draco peer in. In fact, she didn't even notice him until he began to drag kisses along the shape of her ear.
She smiled. She liked this. He began to give her a massage, kneading out the tense muscles.
"What happened?" he asked.
"I'm not sure. One minute, I was going to be, the next, I was dead to the world. Nothing happened."
He nodded, but he wasn't quite sure of her explanation.
The rest of the day went by in a blur. By her second class, she knew something was really wrong…
(A/N: You know what? I'm making a sequel. I was planning on giving them a happy ending in this story when an idea struck. I don't know if I'll actually get around to writing it, but it would be nice to not leave you guys hanging. But I don't know if I'm all that nice. *cackles* We'll see, sweeties…)
