So Sorry I didn't make this clearer in the beginning. There are some changes that I made to fit my story.
Dumbledore is not dead. Snape made an attempt at his life but failed. Draco was not involved in that plot.
There are no horcruxes…simply because I have no idea what so ever about those things.
