This story begins when Harry, Ron and Hermione move into a house together and Harry starts to “notice” Hermione and Hermione starts to “notice” Harry. "Had Harry ever spent his snowfalls, winters and Christmases in there wishing that his parents were with him? Dreaming and imagining the kind of days she carelessly enjoyed or ignored? Wishing and hoping someone would wake him to go out and play in the snow? That took some of the magic out of the moment." I felt for something with Christmas, heh. Couldn't let go of the need for angst, however slight too.
The Trio is finally separated. Just a short one-shot about the tolls of war. CHARACTER DEATH!!!

“I love snow,” she said as she stopped spinning, opening her eyes and looking at him. “It’s so perfect and wonderful; completely innocent and pure. When I was little, I used to run outside when the snow was falling and I’d lie down and make snow angels. At those moments, I felt at total peace.” A short fluffy/angsty one-shot where Hermione gets Harry to play in the snow with her and finally come to a realization.
How do you carry on when you've seen so much evil, fell in love with the wrong girl and your closest associates are the dead? Post Hogwarts.

After the events inside the Ministry of Magic Harry Potter just wanted to shut himself out from everyone, including his friends. After one dreadful night his wish comes true. This is a H/Hr, Luna/Ron and hints of Ginny/Neville
(Not really angsty. More...reflective.) It's Christmas, a day Harry's never had before. Not like this. " Just me and...and you. Just me and you, laying down together and just...looking up from under a Christmas tree. I've never done that. I've never had...this kind of quiet."

The final battle brought many losses, including the death of the 'Chosen One'. Death affects us in many ways, mostly with sorrow. It all depends on how you knew them, whether they were your husband, or your father.
