It's been several years since Harry,Ron,Hermione,and Ginny graduated from Hogwarts. Now Aurors, Ron and Harry face dangerous situations on a regular basis. On one mission Harry is struck with an unknown curse with strange side effects. Hidden feelings are revealed and these uncomfortable revelations threaten to tear apart the old Hogwarts romances. (Not AU, just completely ignores the epilogue of doom.)
After the war, Harry has a difficult time getting back to normal. Then one day, he tells Hermione about an idea he has: to open an orphanage for children who lost parents during the war. Hermione helps him, hoping that this is what he needs to recover from the past. HHR

I killed a man today, and I realized that it doesn't bother me that much.
Post-Hogwarts. Harry and Ron are Aurors and end up working the case of their lives when Hermione is found close to death, missing an entire day and is the prime suspect in a gruesome murder. Will this finally bring Harry and Hermione together or is she really guilty?
AU - Future fic. It is 200 years in the future and though Voldemort has been defeated years before, the threat has been in the background, waiting to take over power. Now, the battle is beyond the limits of Earth, and Harry, Hermione, and Ron find themselves in the middle of it. However, Harry has much more on his mind than the threat of these new Death Eaters.
Harry Potter is married to Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley is married to Hermione Granger and together they're all one big happy Weasley family. Nearly twenty years after the death of Lord Voldemort, everything was going according to plan. But whose plan is it? What is its purpose? Harry and Hermione are about to find out and when they do, they’ll discover what some of us have known all along: that they were meant for each other. But sometimes being meant to be carries a high price. As the plan unravels, a conspiracy will be revealed, lives will be lost and a great love, masked for decades by dark magic, will shine through at last. Hermione is trying to break up with Ron except she can't seem to find the words, and that's not her only problem. Told from Hermione's PoV, this started life as a one shot but I think will probably grow into a series. Please R&R!

It's a month after the battle at Hogwarts (yay!-burns epilogue-) and Harry is living with the Weasley's, but when Ginny returns to Hogwarts and Hermione disappears to Australia he finds himself in a bit of a dilema. CHAPTER 19 NOW UP!... AND STORY COMPLETE!
These ideas chased each other around his mind without effect and in the end, only succeeded in frustrating him further. Still, he settled on bringing in only Ron and Hermione on this sensitive information. A best friend and girlfriend could be trusted with anything. He needed the Order to work efficiently after all.
